Sens Hotel has a good location and comfortable rooms, but several issues affected our stay. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to pool while showering, and the conditioner dispenser was empty and had not been refilled. The elevator wait times were also incredibly long. We were traveling with a stroller and ended up carrying it down the stairs because waiting for the elevator took so long. We also had repeated problems with the room key cards. My parents’ cards wouldn’t work, requiring several trips to the lobby. In the end, the manager had to unlock the room with his master fob. The staff were helpful, but these maintenance and operational issues made the stay much less enjoyable.
