The check-in was flawless and was made a great experience by the lady who welcomed us after a long long day of traveling. A bit disappointed by the lack of on demand video / movies in the TV system, channel selection was also very limited. Overall a good stay, few things could be elevated to increase service but it is superbly well located, helpful staff, clean rooms and good bedding.

My stay here was excellent and added to my love for Montréal. The staff was efficient yet warm, my room was filled with personality yet elevated, and the amenities were wonderful, especially the quality of toiletries. It’s worth every penny, and I plan to return again. I already miss Montréal!

There was a terrible smell in our washroom that the staff came to try to amend several times. However spraying perfume each time did not fix the problem. As for value for the money spent we have had much better stays for better value.

A two bed room can apparently be considered a queen and pull out sofa bed…. Completely unacceptable. The front staffs solution was to give us an extra room….. they charged me for the complementary room when I reviewed my credit card statement. Nice hotel but so many nice hotels in the city that don’t play games.

The property was generally clean and fine. The bar and restaurant were never open when you’d expect them to be. Room service was only 4pm to 9pm? No lie that’s what we were told. I found the staff at the desk didn’t seem to go beyond regular service - not what one expects from a once great boutique brand. Other issues included an empty mini bar and lack of stemmed glasses. In fact, I had to go to the cafe next door to get wine and brig to over to the lounge area to share a drink with friends also staying at the hotel. Bottom line not worth the premium prices.

This was an amazing stay everyone who worked there was so lovely. and the room was absolutely beautiful. i loved how close we were to everything and even if we weren’t it still wasn’t that far. definitely coming back again!

Stunning hotel. Beautiful large room and excellent bar area. My older teens felt comfortable sitting there for a while and enjoying the atmosphere. Incredibly comfortable beds gave us fabulous nights of sleep. Air con wasn’t the best and would have appreciated a useable fridge.
