Initial room was like a shoebox and a/c unit was noisy Went to front desk to ask them to reduce my stay from 2 nites to 1 nite. Then I went to park my car. When I came back, the manager told me that he had upgraded the room to a bigger room as he acknowledged that their single queen rooms were small. ...
I thought the property was a fun boutique-like hotel. The wait time for the elevators at busy times was a bit frustrating.
The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if I was in Montreal.
Property listing as a suite. Room was missing some furniture ie. couch. Would be nice if hotel offered bath robes and hand held shower head
Location is good, we went for dinner but it is closed on Sunday and Monday night, hotel needs renovation.
