The hotel itself was amazing. Great location and felt very 5 star. Rooms were amazing with their verandas and spacious areas. The gym could use a refresh, the machines are older and need to be updated.

We spent our anniversary weekend at Hotel Birks and even dined at their restaurant. We could not have been more pleased! The staff was welcoming, kind, and attentive. They even surprised us with champagne and dessert for us to celebrate! Can’t wait to return back here!!
