"Awesome place!"

"Very upscale property that’s well maintained with restaurant, bar and pool onsite. Convenient location. Staff is courteous but slow to respond. I was told a staff member would call me back to help with a pull out bed and internet issues and didn’t hear back on the latter. For the sofa they should have had someone arrange it at check in. Instead I called at 930pm after exhausted from a long day and flight and ready to go to bed. Only to be surprised that we needed a staff member to do it for us and it took around 40 mins for someone to come though told a few times after calling that it would be a few mins "

"Everything was great, including the breakfast, but the road is all torn up in front of the hotel so it is difficult to bring in bags. We self parked right around the corner for $45/24 hours and had access to our car. That worked out very well. "

"Very pleasant staff. Valet was easy and the people working the valet were very personable. Nice location for walking around Old Montreal. The room was clean and spacious. There are plenty of dining and shopping options close by. "
