Gorgeous Hotel in such a great location in Old Montreal. I let the hotel know it was my husband birthday and they upgraded our room and brought him a thoughtful birthday cake! The rooms were very clean and comfy with gorgeous views! We went for cocktails at a Maggie Oakes in the main floor and had the best espresso martini. This was our first of many trips here! Thank you for the excellent stay!

Being the first time to visit Montreal, Hotel William Gray definitely impressed me, for both its location and staffs. It is located inside the old Montreal area, that means you are easily to enjoy the day and night scene of the area. You may choose any restaurant (in which there are a lot of restaurants to choose) you like and return to the hotel within 5 minutes walk. Besides, the hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the metro station, it is easy for tourists to sightsee around the city. For the staffs, they are all friendly and willing to provide answers to your questions. If you are considering of booking a hotel in Montreal, Hotel William Gray would be my recommendation.

The property is lovely and in a perfect location to explore Old Montreal. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The rooftop terrace bar was great, beautiful views. The neighborhood was bustling and busy which was great for convenience, but a little louder than we’d prefer at night. We were on the 2nd floor so pretty close to street level. Our friends stayed on a higher floor and didn’t have any issues with sound. Service was a little inconsistent. We put our green light on to clean our room both days, but we didn’t get service until we asked the front desk on the last evening, which was odd. Amazing coffee shop right next door. Unique property, great stay! Ask for a high floor room if you want to have restful sleep :)

Amazing Hotel. All the bars and restaurants are walking distance. There is a spa on the ground floor, which was food. The sauna is great but the steam room could be better (not steamy at all). The valet drivers were very amazing and very helpful.
