A lovely spot with very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Small and simple, just a few minutes away from the metro. This is my new go-to hotel when I'm in Montreal.

The property was centrally located, close to the market, TH, Dollarama, lots of bakeries, shops and eateries. The metro and buses were close by. Next time we would not rent a car.

The room was fine and the location was very good for exploring the city. The problem is communication. The Expedia description noted reception staff on site to handle check-in but there was nobody at the desk the 4 days we were there. We had to sneak into the lobby behind another guest and call to get the building and room codes. They responded immediately to that and a problem with the TV but did not respond at all to a request for late checkout.
