"Beautiful historic facility, truly fantastic fitness facilities and services, and kind, professional staff. The rooms have a bit of deferred maintenance (peeling paint/wallpaper, some dirty carpets in common areas), but are comfortable and nicely appointed in general. The A/C unit was not working in the first room I was assigned, but the staff rectified the situation to the best of their ability, and made sure that the rest of my stay would be comfortable."

The entire place is a bit dingy and odors linger, the bathroom/bedroom layout is awkward and made opening and storing suitcases difficult, and the breakfast was mediocre and always closed early. The location was convenient for getting in/out San Francisco and we appreciated the number of close restaurants and shopping. "

"People was yelling and singing after midnight and people smoking MarMijuana on the third floor and in the back of the property. Also, the mattress had like blood stains and the staff was very friendly."
