We stayed here before an early morning flight. The woman at checkin was very nice and helpful. We felt very welcome. The room was very nice with what looked like some recent renovations. This was a great option for the price and proximity to the airport.

I liked everything there isn't anything I changed or complain about , the staff was polite and helpful keeps the room clean and organized like the balcony good breakfast,the property is clean and quiet,walking distance to store, fast food and close to the Oakland airport.I will recommend the Courtyard Marriott to my friends and family, PS they just need to fix the coming in and going out gate other than I like the Courtyard.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The women checking us in helped us get rooms across from each other. The rooms were comfortable and met our needs. The Lyft to the airport early morning was appreciated. The only disappointment was the poster in the elevator advertised a Bistro and bar. There was no bar and not all choices on the menu for the Bistro were available. I would take off 1/4 star for that and give the hotel 4.75 stars. I recommend this Mariott for those wishing to be close to the airport.

This property is under new management. The ‘restaurant’ only had coffee and tea. The hotel is run down. It was a maze to get out of the hotel in the morning. A lot of closed doors and an elevator was out of order. The staff was wonderful.

The bed was the best part. Clean and super soft. We liked that we were able to use the washer and dryer. The carpets throughout the hotel were very dirty. The bathroom shower curtain was clean but not in the best condition. There was a spider on the ceiling and the room smelled strongly of smoke and humidity. The breakfast was ok for $20 for two people. Will not stay there again.

Great location, close to airport. Very clean room, quiet, perfect for a few hours of sleep between flights. Reception staff was courteous, helpful in scheduling LYFT transport from and back to the airport.
