"Stayed in Victoria Cloisters, the annex of the Queens Hotel. The apartments are located a short walk from the city centre and are well equipped. The queen sized bed was comfortable and the apartment overall was excellent. The car park is quite compact and very large vehicles may be difficult to navigate into the spaces. I managed to park my X3 though I think it would be a challenge to park a Range Rover or a double cab pickup."

"Very clean family room on floor 1, had to go and ask for decaf coffee to be told they didn't stock it slightly disappointed. Then spoke to a member of staff who actually went above and beyond and went and got me some. Entertainment didn't happen due to sound technical problems but bingo went ahead slightly later than it was ment to. Evening meal was ok all you can eat buffet but half of the kids menu wasn't available no drinks available other than Very small glasses of water Bar prices reasonable. Only thing I will say staff need to ask the people thats sat in the lobby after 11pm to keep the noise down or returning to the hotel drunk after a night out"

"Great location and lovely breakfast. Air con not working in the room, reported it and manager came and reset it, worked for 10 minutes and broke again. Too noisy outside to have the window open. Reported our disappointment on check out and ignored. Recommend for location but ask for a room river side. "

"We stayed in a twin room. It was very dark, and the bathroom was quite small. We did not even have a place to hang the hand towel. Room service was quick, but the restaurant was quite slow. Great location!"
