We wished that guests could still access the baths on the day of check out since staying there for numerous days. The cleaners were helpful and delivered new towels when we requested it. "

"Excellent location, nice sized rooms and great service! Conveniently located next to a 7-Eleven and connected to a Starbucks. The Karasuma line had a train stop right in front of the hotel. Quick walk to Nishiki Market as well! Would definitely stay at Karasuma Kyoto Hotel again! "
