Minus\* it was frustrating and scary to have a host and property manager not being prompt in responding. For example It took both of them 3 hours plus to respond when we wanted the heat increased ( which only can be controlled upstairs by the owner )\* The flooring needs to be replaced. The house gives an old run down vibe because of the flooring .\* There was no microwave Plus \* the kitchen , washroom and bedrooms were super super clean \* the house is in a beautiful residential neighbour hood \* the view from the living room to the well maintained garden was very soothing and relaxing ( even though the garden has a few trees …need blinds for privacy )\* Bathroom was well stocked
