"This was a great location. I feel like the rooms could use a slight upgrade. I did pick a city view but if I was to go back I would recommend a lake view. Walking distance to the Ohio street beach and the Navy pier. Over all it was a great experience."

"10 out 10 would definitely recommend. Located right across from the riverwalk and big bus stop tours. Walking distance to a majority of the tourist's sites. Blue line train from airport takes you less than 2 blocks away from the hotel. Great views from the room, nice hotel restaurant and you can people watch comfortably from the first-floor bay windows."

"Stayed here for my husband’s birthday. It had been years since we’d been to Chicago and decided we wanted to spend the day at Navy Pier. Booked this hotel for its location. Rooms are small due to it being in an old building but they are nice and clean. We don’t spend much time in the hotel beyond sleeping so that doesn’t bother us. Plenty of restaurants around and a quick walk to Lake Michigan. Staff were friendly and helpful. A+ service. Didn’t use any amenities so I can’t comment on those. Ten to 15 minute walk to/from the L. Would definitely stay again."
