Lovely big room exceeded my expectations

Very accommodating staff, I had a lovely room, Would 100% stay here again.

A lovely, modern hotel right next to the Quay. Easy access for food, drinks, shopping and sightseeing. Check in was very easy and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay.

Really nice and spacious room in the centre of Auckland, with great views of the city. The hotel had great amenities and a decent breakfast. The only downside was the car parking situation, having to use the next door multi story car park and get your ticket validated on leaving.

The staff were super helpful when we arrived to check in close to mid night. We wanted to book on a tour at the last min and the team tried to arrange it for us as best as they can, and the recommended tour was well organised with excellent service as recommended. Breakfast choice suits all of us with best view from the pier. Not to mention, sunrise from the harbour view room was spectacular! Sunset from the linked first floor deck outside was great.

Pool was lovely but a tad green and really not that cared for . Hot tub a ridiculous 42C just too hot and tide out . This area could be so much more ! Room was lovely . Dinner very nice and special but a little expensive. Very beautiful setting ! Staff lovely .

Reallly comfortable room. Fantastic position and lovely staff. Will be my go to hotel for stays in Suckland CBD in the future.particularly liked the bar on the Top floor ( who’s needs the sky tower😁) 5 min walk from harbour

I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
