What a great hotel well positioned for eating and drinking in central Auckland plus the added bonus of a roof top bar/restaurant i would highly recommend this hotel to stay in if your with family or on your own.
Loved this stay. The location was handy to Queen Street shopping. Plenty of carpark options all within 150metres.
The hotel is very nicely decorated, with a great gym, restaurant and the rooftop bar is next level.
I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning.
Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable. Coffee in room is great and the view from our room was lovely. Comfortable and clean rooms! Would recommend again and again.
Great and neat property, disappointing that I tried to check in 3 hours early with an available room but was going to cost $300 but all in all a clean functional hotel well kept
Lovely new hotel. Check in was a bit time consuming, and they had to charge a bond to my credit card - not just a hold or pre-authorisation, but an actual charge. It was refunded on checkout, but still seemed strange. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great, shower very good, nespresso machine with decaf pods, etc etc. Would definitely stay again.
Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay!

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. This place opened only two days before we arrived. So there were a very quirks to be ironed out in our room. We informed the front deck and for the inconvenience the gave us a complimentary breakfast.
This is a very nice hotel, newly renovated in a contemporary style.
We stayed at the Radisson for two nights. It has been open for just a couple of weeks and so is in very good order. The only (very small) problem was a lack of microwave but perhaps that is the trend in newer downtown located hotels? Our room was on the 7th floor facing Queens Street and we were awakened by construction noise from the street below, it started at 7am but we are early risers so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience so if you like to sleep a later ask for a room on the other side. All in all a good experience.

New hotel with "growing pains". Chromecast did not work (and after requesting 3 times for help) the "fix" was to move to another room. Wet towels were folded and put with the clean towels by housekeeping. Multiple plugs around the room did not work. The ac blew directly on one side of the bed and was either hot or cold. The location was close to the art gallery and walkable to the pier.
New Hotel!!! Exceptionally clean, the staff are so helpful and so kind all throughout it was such a pleasure! They have beautiful spacious rooms and lobbies, the bar and restaurants are beautiful and i couldn’t recommend this place enough, seriously
