"A very comfortable hotel, competitively priced against those nearby. The room had an actual bath, which was a bonus, and it is very close to a supermarket, some fast food restaurants and IKEA, so convenient too. My one and only complaint is the £12 a night car parking charge, which is a little steep, in my opinion. Other than that, very happy, and a shout out for the reception staff, who were very friendly, attentive and helpful."

"Excellent location for taking a cruise! Staff at breakfast excelled especially Chin! She was nonstop all day even when I saw her later that evening! Complimentary coffee in room could be alot better!"

"Good basic hotel near all the action and very close to one of the train stations (Harbour Port). Noisy during the day because hotel is beside a public square with crowds and live and recorded music. This didn't bother us. Entrance is in a strange place which was hard to find as we walked from the train station. Great shopping next door, lots of restaurants and tourist activities. No gym."

"So close to the terminal as well as the old city as well as easy walk to parks and shopping center. Their buffet breakfast is great and includes omelet station. They are well organized and used to lot of cruise traffic."
