The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. Should we be back in Ambleside we will certainly book again. Location is also perfect and although the property does not have dedicated parking there are plenty of overnight options very close by."

"We had a fantastic stay at Sunnybank over the August bank holiday. The house was clean and spacious for 9 people (2 families). All the bedrooms were roomy and beds/pillows very comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone’s use and the gym was a nice addition for those fitness fanatics in our group.
