I have stayed at the Bay Shores for three consecutive years while visiting relatives in the area and the minute I arrive I feel like I am at home. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is well situated for the beach, the pier, a park and local shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good 6 night stay on all key points; however, if breakfast with few more choices would have been excellent.

A fantastic hotel for a family of 4 (kids aged 14 & 12). We stayed for 2 nights and wished it had been longer. A good location, a good pool (we only used the one near the gym) and rooms were fine for what we needed if the beds were a little narrow. The gym was decent and service and main hotel area was lovely. Would stay again.

Great room, excellent staff and cool location.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. A few issues with a broken shower door, ants in the bathroom and black bits in orange juice and water from machine that needed cleaning, but was assured would be dealt with. Shower door fixed during stay. Would recommend as close to OC airport. Contacting the hotel for airport shuttle should be easier when unable to dial international numbers from a UK phone. Maybe a contact on the app direct with hotel.

Excellent location for Disney California. Friendly and attentive staff. Free underground parking. Nice cafe for breakfast - the morning Bagel was delicious. Laundry facilities. Highly recommend!

Pretty much spent my time outside the hotel, just coming back to sleep, didn't need room service or cleaning so won't really comment on that, not had much interaction with the staff (due to not needing them).....until the last day when I had taxi issues to the airport. I found the staff incredibly helpful at resolving an issue for me that they were in no way responsible for. It's the kind of moment that will stay with me about my stay.

Great stay here, perfectly located for Angels games and for the train station. Very comfortable room with kitchenette and nice bathroom. Breakfast nice but busy, some extra items to buy using self-service machine in the reception area. Would definitely recommend.
