Unfortunately I believed the good reviews on this hotel when I booked. Will not be staying here again. Rooms are old, dirty and worn. Bathroom smelled like sewage, dirty towels. Strange smell in room. Mosquitoes everywhere, my daughter got bit multiple times in the hotel cafe. AC not working in hallways, elevators and lobby bathroom. Sketchy people outside, even heard a day employee tell the night employee to lock the front doors and "stay safe" staff were nice, but not enough to make up for everything else.

Always a great stay! The staff is always so kind and friendly. They make you feel welcomed no matter what time of day. Itโ€™s super cleanโ€ฆ and Iโ€™m picky on that. Also very quiet. This is our go to hotel if weโ€™re in the area.

We booked our stay here because it was within walking distance to Disneyland. We arrived shortly before 3pm on Sunday to check-in and there were only two parties ahead of us. The time it took before the room keys were in our hands were average. All the staff were courteous or friendly. To my dismay, there was a layer of dust on the window ledge, coffee table, desk and nightstands. I always use alcohol/disinfectant wipes to do a quick wipe-down of the common areas with any hotel stay so it didn't warrant a phone complaint. However, the dust triggered a concerning thought. I decided to inspect the entry way and bathroom floor by using my sandals to step on the disinfectant wipes, I swept the floors. It was evident that the room has been neglected of a deep clean. The pillows and beds were plush, nice and comfortable; as expected from my stays with Wyndham. The sheets here were not super soft, nor rough. It felt pressed and crisp; a crunch noise could be heard when someone moved in bed. The coffee station and bathroom toiletries were well stocked; it seemed clean, as were the microwave and mini-fridge. We appreciated the paper cups and tissues, along with the ample outlets and plugs throughout to recharge all of our electronics, and their parking accommodations on the last day of our stay. With our window facing the street and the lack of any soundproof barriers, all exterior noise and footsteps from the above room could be heard clearly at night (a stark contrast to Vegas).

The staff was great and kind, I inquired about an early check-in and they were able to accommodate it for us. They also have quarters available if you need to use the laundry facilities, which are well kept. They also have an underground parking garage which made it feel safe. The Starbucks on site was very convenient and their breakfast offerings were great. Overall, great value for the convenience of location to Disneyland. Would likely stay here again

Stayed here for one night and it was great! Front desk staff were friendly and were able to hold our luggage for the day before we can check-in. They allowed us to park our car while we walk over to Disneyland. The free parking made a difference since a lot of properties nearby charge you per day. Rooms were comfortable and looked renovated. We had one of the best sleep after a long day out. Beds were clean and comfy. There's a 24hr Walgreens across the street which is very convenient for all your necessities. Plenty of restaurants nearby that is within walking distance. Will plan to be back again and stay here longer next time!
