This is a beautiful old building and really plays on its vintage. Beware of Pershing Square and surrounding though - it's a wee bit unsavoury.

This hotel was very well priced and close to the Thai Consulate which is the reason I came to LA. It is on a busy road but the noise wasn't too bad between midnight and 5.30 am. Lots of restaurants in the area and close to the 101 freeway.
