Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience.

Stayed one night only ideal short bus ride to the music venue, could not fault the place. Bus stops right outside the hotel, a no brainier if you want to visit Brighton too!

Great hotel, lovely rooms and lounge areas. Food in the restaurant was excellent: good choice at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic. We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive. Stayed for one night to use as a base to go to football at Brighton. Ten minute walk to the railway station and then a short journey to Falmer which is right next to the stadium

Loved our stay at Colson House. We haven't been back in 12 years, and it's still as lovely as ever. John was very friendly and welcoming. Great location, the hotel is beautifully decorated.
