"Warm welcome. Convenient for the seafront. Great views. This room had a balcony with a view of the sea. Very comfortable. Breakfast room has been renovated and is much brighter and more welcoming while keeping a nod to the decor of the pavilion. We’ll stay here again."

"Decent and practical hotel in a great location. I ate breakfast on only one of my two mornings - it was good (although bacon was undercooked). You are now providing poached eggs which is particularly welcome. Shame about the fire alarm at 3.15am on Sunday night - although because the weather was warm it was a cheery communal hour outside. Overall, I would use IBIS again."

"One my favourite short -stay-long Weekend hotels. The staff here are amazing - friendly, professional and aim to please, I've stayed in hotels at twice the cost and received half the service. its the staff above else that make this hotel shine... The location is brilliant: seaside walks and views, the parking is effortless, and the local high street is 5mins walk from the hotel where there are a few independent shops and few very good pubs within a 5min walk especially the local green king pub ( The Black Horse )on the high st, where there is local art on display and excellent food made with locally sourced ingredients."
