"The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!"

"Well placed for our festival at Upton Upon Severn - the use of the well signposted private road made a huge difference! Very friendly staff. Good value for money. The chocolates left with the tea making facility was a nice touch as was the tissues in the bathroom. Free WiFi was appreciated."

"Staff right across were really helpful, with a very welcoming ‘can do’ approach. The health club facilities are very good - steam room, sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool. There is plenty of space in this hotel."
