staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Prasad deserves a special mention as he was all of the above and more. Rooms very clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.

Super stay!
Service was fantastic the staff were friendly, helpful and gave us additional things eg. My son wanted an apple and so I went down to see if they had one I could buy and they just let us have some apples.

Not a great hotel for £108 per night room onlt
we were is room 319 which was a long way from reception with 2 changes of level involving staircases. There was a large crack up the wall in the bedroom and the bottom of the shower room door veneer was splitting due probably to condensation in this tiny bathroom The room was very cold during the night and in the morning at 6.30am the shower water pressure was pathetic both hot and cold. The toilet paper was paper thin so twice as much needed to clean oneself. Not a great experience

Good staff but not enough of them. Struggled to replenish breakfast items such as milk, bacon, hash browns and water for the tea urn. Took a long time to checkout

Not far from the M6 which was convenient. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was very good. Very clean. Definitely would stay there again

I wasn’t there for long so it was fine for what it was. The room was clean and comfortable. The tv didn’t work unfortunately. The gym was good for the morning but maybe a little worse for wear in terms of equipment, just needed a little tlc but the staff were lovely

Every single memer of staff we encountered, from every team, was so friendly, helpful, and good- humoured. They seemed to take real pleasure in making each individual guest feel relaxed and special. The morning muffins and juice in reception were a nice touch too. Loved the pool All this more than made up for slightly battered decore. Would happily stay there again.

Tired, dated and not worth it
Very very tired hotel, Rooms clean but badly worn. Gym cramped and dated. Room air con cut out pretty much straight away leaving room unbearably hot. Water pressure minimal nearly impossible to shower. Breakfast quality awful, sausages textureless jelly, bread not very fresh. Shame as staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, would have mentioned issues but due to our schedule we were out late Will stick to premier Inn at J16 in future
