"We were surprised that we had to pay extra for heat in the property by purchasing heat credit. The property had a horrible Mildeu smell, which was present even with the windows open. Inside, it was very tired and very small. There is no way it sleeps five comfortably. The larger bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable with a worn-out foam mattress. "Booked only four weeks in advance at a very busy time of year. Good value at the peak of Summer time mid August. Two adults a 3 year old and a six year old plenty of room in the property. Would definitely return in the future. Only complaint was we were promised internet / WiFi but not available it didn't detract from the stay."

"We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery!
