The property was clean, quiet and nice. Would have liked a bit more natural light and ventilation.

Central, close to nearby shops and suits my Budget

Excellent location & huge rooms. Iron was little dirty though and left a mark on my shirt (needs a clean)

The motel is basic but very clean. It has everything you need for a quick stop. What makes this property brilliant is the staff. They are so exceptionally kind and if they can help you with a special request, they will try their hardest. I’d recommend this motel to anyone visiting Kiama.

The joint needs maintenance. The cistern in the Master Bedroom is leaking and despite reports it was not assessed and dealt with. Their was a leak in the roof above us which resulted in a light fitting filling with water falling onto the ground to shatter in a thousand pieces,

Food was fantastic. Rooms lovely with extra little touches to make this hotel stand out from the rest.

Proximity to cbd is good. Price is more than reasonable

Comfortable bed. Good bathroom. Very clean. Well furnished.

Service at reception was excellent . Courteous and accommodating. Hair dryer not working. King and Queen beds fine but did not leave much room to move around.

When we checked in we were very happy to be told they upgraded our room to a spa room. Couldn’t fault hotel a great stay

Staff were great, rooms were spacious and great aspect. Best in room dining I’ve had in any hotel in Albury. The TVs though are really old (It couldn’t cope with HD channels) and clock radio with dock for iPhone was the original 30 pin dock. These could easily be upgraded to Bluetooth clock radios. ...
