"We had a wonderful stay at LN! The hotel itself was gorgeous and very modern, although the rooms were a little small but fine for a weekend. The location was fantastic, right by the waterfront with a great walking/running track. The gym was large and had everything you could want - the best I've seen in a hotel! We ate breakfast at Monte at the front of the hotel and the food was amazing. Highly recommend and will be staying there again."

"I would like to thank the staff as they went above and beyond in making our stay amazing. From helping us in a pinch for some wrapping paper for a gift to bartenders know what’s a good whiskey. Absolutely amazing service. And an awesome breakfast and dinner too"

"The greeting when checking in was very cold and unfriendly… A smile would’ve been welcomed! a welcoming attitude would’ve been nice too. Nothing about the services were explained nothing about the meal. Nothing about the Internet or anything along those lines. It was just a very cold and what seem to be a robotic check-in.The hotel is very outdated but comfortable There weren’t any USB charges that I could see in the room. The beds were comfortable. unfortunately there was no body wash in the bathroom. It was completely empty.. check out process was easy and quick"

"Very clean and tidy, we stayed with a 10 year old and 4 week old, not very practical having the main bed inches away from the walls on both sides to have the bassinet next to the bed. Otherwise super clean, lovely modern amenities and easy check in and out process. "

"The Crystalbrook in Newcastle was a pleasant stay for a weekend. The rooftop bar was great, though very busy and they weren't wrong - you need to book for dinner! The room was great, everything is fairly new so it was clean and not worn out. Location is walkable to lots of local attractions, Darby St and the waterfront are all walkable if you're able to. "
