We always love this place! We didnt get upgraded this stay but loved every minute there all the same! 5 stars all round for everything. The staff are always super lovely!

The property is close to everything in Haymarket and Darling Harbour. The parking for cars should be able to access cheaper rates for the parking area directly opposite hotel entrance. That is a better location and closer to the hotel than the car park at corner of Goulburn and Elizabeth ...

Central position/location. Room was as expected but bed was very uncomfortable and there was lots of noise from the apartment above.
