"Overall, this hotel was nice. However, the build was undergoing outside refurbishment and had scaffolding around the outside, included hotel room windows, which impeded our view. We were also told upon arrival that the elevator was out of service and would be repaired promptly. 4 days later it was still out of service. We were given 3rd floor rooms (for 4 senior citizens). Managing the stairs multiple times a day was not what we expected. There was also a billing issue, which is still unresolved."

"The food was excellent. The staff were helpful and Friendly. The room was clean, although there was no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything and the shower was leaking at the joint and the temperature control was very sensitive going from warm to very hot with just a minute adjustment."

"Beach view. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Corridors and room very hot even with air con on. And post weddding reception super noisy. Cooked breakfast was good but the cold selection wasn’t great and the orange and apple juice was watery. "

"Amazing place the 'Eastwell Champneys Estate'. Fantastic accommodation. Room was beautiful and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly, specific James helped at the reception and Victoria at the Health Spa. Breakfast was great as it was a buffet. Nice supper and as well the bar meal with good prices. Great heated indoor and heated outdoor pool and heated outdoor with whirlpools. Will come soon again."

"The hotel is in a good location, on the outside it looks a little run down, but inside is recently refurbished and stylish. The rooms are spacious with a lovely sea view, although rooms are not updated, it's decent and the wifi and tv has many good options. Check in and out is smooth so overall, excellent value 🙂"
