Great place to stay although just for constructive feedback there were areas that appeared to be forgotten, it has 4 stars on trip advisor but could easily slip to 3, for instance the entrance for guests to access their rooms appears slightly unkempt carpeting needed hoovering and paint work could do with a good wash down, this is first impressions. The rooms were comfortable but again areas of dusting appeared not to happen or had not been checked. The bathroom could do with the grouting to be...

Central hotel, we stayed in the penthouse suite and would recommend. Great breakfast.

Clean room, large family room, clean en suit, friendly staff who provided information about the location and bus routes.

Nice little B&B. Staff were lovely. We would stay there again. And very close to the City centre

We loved this, great positioning in the town, easy to walk to, clean and tidy. Has 2 double beds, 2 rooms with 3 beds, a one with 2 beds. It worked well for us and much better and cleaner, professional than expected -

Well equipped kitchen, generally good lounge. Very good location, especially with a parking space for a car. All of Chester city centre is easy distance to walk.

A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again.

Spotlessly clean, great facilities good location. Only downside is the beds were very uncomfortable. Nobody in our party slept well & we used most of the bedrooms. Double beds were also extremely small. Maybe a little investment needed there, but that was the only complaint

Excellent hotel well located to eating facility. Large room with all mod cons including free wifi, the large twin memory foam beds were fantastic and extremely comfortable. I also liked the 42" TV, makes a change from the usual postage stamp size ones at most hotels. Full marks to for the generous supply of towels. Well stocked tea and coffee making plus complimentary biscuits. Will be staying here again in the near future.
