The English level was surprisingly good. Only two people couldn't handle my requests: the omlette chef (and I was able to finish in Chinese) and the poor guy I asked to scan my paper (I had no idea how to say "feed scanner" in Chinese). Room was big, clean, and had a fantastic view. My only complaints are that I wish they had regular water at breakfast and I couldn't find the bathroom light switch for a while. Already thinking about excuses to come back."
