WIFI incredible slow. Its not an actual standard of a 4 Star hotel. Breakfast, almost all food cold (noodle, egg, vegetable) Before, this hotel was pretty good but now the quality reduced drastically. Meanwhile there are more better hotels abvailable in Taicang. Only reason room comfort did not get five stars was because in April they don't run the air conditioning: still winter, however, everything was excellent! The English speaking Staff, including Edison, were professional courteous, and very hospitable. Location is great. Should you visit Ticang, I would highly recommend this hotel! This is the best Holiday Inn you will ever stay in. This was my first trip to China and the HI in the City Centre was the nicest HI I have ever had the pleasure of staying in for 4 days. The view of the canal was relaxing and the hotel staff was welcoming. The hotel was very upscale and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. There are too many positive comments to state here. I will definitely stay here again on all of my future business trips to Taicang.
