WIFI incredible slow. Its not an actual standard of a 4 Star hotel. Breakfast, almost all food cold (noodle, egg, vegetable) Before, this hotel was pretty good but now the quality reduced drastically. Meanwhile there are more better hotels abvailable in Taicang. Only reason room comfort did not get five stars was because in April they don't run the air conditioning: still winter, however, everything was excellent! The English speaking Staff, including Edison, were professional courteous, and very hospitable. Location is great. Should you visit Ticang, I would highly recommend this hotel!
