A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. "It was tricky to find the entrance, as other reviewers have mentioned - for reference it is on Lujiali across from the Suwu office building - but the apartments were conveniently located, clean and very comfortable. The staff were also really lovely. There wasn’t a lot of cutlery but the kitchenette worked fine for basic cooking. I recommend as a food place to stay in central Nanjing. "

"My stay at the Ritz Carlton Nanjing was very nice. The staff was friendly and the amenities were nice. There was some wear and tear in my hotel suite which was kinda surprising to me. I would think they would replace or fix the furniture in the rooms that were worn. My room was nicely decorated for my birthday with a small cake and rose petals. There was also a nicely written card. The food and drinks in the Executive Lounge were deliciously. Especially the lamb chops that were freshly prepared. My main disappointment was not being able to have breakfast in the main dining area due to it being full and I had to go have breakfast in the Executive Lounge where the breakfast items are very limited. "

"It was such a wonderful surprise, the hotel is in the famous Suzhou traditional garden setting, right next to a park with an ancient tower and beautiful gardens. The rooms are luxuriously furnished with classic Chinese wooden decorations. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. rooms are very clean. The breakfast is outstanding I will go again anytime I go to the area, specially trying to reserve a room that faces the garden with impeccable views. Definitely the place to stay in the city"
