Very comfortable stay with no issues to speak of. The restaurants were all good. The exercise facilities were top notch, especially the outdoor/indoor pool. The property is very close to the train line, a massive shopping mall, and Windows of the World.
Close to transit and a huge shopping mall. Hotel seems dark and hotel staff speak poor English. As long as interactions are less you will be fine. Getting a better room with executive room and services access is really worth the extra cost. The executive staff speak a lot better english and really take good care of customers.

Staff is sooo nice and helpful.
Room is comfortable, quality in small details.
Location is close to subway and in mid way from center and attractions. Also pretty close to industrial area for viewing factories.
Breakfest was good.
Could not think of anything to improve.

It was a very modern and well-kept hotel. I stayed in the super-deluxe bay view room but the price was very competitive through Expedia for my stay. I moved from another hotel, 3-star top with 70's bathroom (horrible!), where I paid the same price. This was the only hotel where I did not sense any cigarette smell in my room or my floor. The display and design of contemporary art was another plus. The public area of my floor was so spacious that I wondered if it was unfinished and undecorated. The best hotel of my 6-city visit in China!
An enjoyable stay in a good hotel that was not outstanding in any particular way. The restaurants are good but not outstanding. I would not recommend the brazilian restaurant as it is rather expensive for rather ordinary food. The main bar does make a reasonable cocktail
