Room was very clean and very spacious. We reached Shenzhen around 3 am in the morning and they checked us in very quickly and even upgraded our room. Curtains were automated as well, and gave us a good view.

I have nothing bad to say about this place, very content the convenience, the cleanliness was amazing. Close to everything. I will most definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone.. the Starbucks on the 1st floor Lobby was the icing on the cake

Breakfast, afternoon tea and late night snack were excellent. Gym well maintained. Could do with a little more weights. Good all in all. Zoey at front desk, friendly, lovely, super helpful. My wife and I would come back again because of her. Nice hotel in a nice location.
