Check-in process was good, the welcome drink was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, and their cookies at the reception was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and welcoming. They provided us with a bag that was really useful for bringing to the pool or beach. Service from the housekeeping team was prompt and easy, all requests can be made via their app. There were more than enough loungers by the pool and they have floats available for lounging in the pool as well.
