I suggest you check the "room area" when booking. Other than that, I'm quite satisfied with everything else. "The hotel app is very useful for communicating with staff. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The property feels like a tropical paradise. We had a room with private pool which I would highly recommend- when the main pool closes at 7pm you can swim in your own pool for as long as you like and nice to cool down when returning from dinner. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Phuket. "
