Hotell manager daily payed visits amongst guests and came for a little chat. Location is next to the main road and only a few minutes walk from the Beach. In general Kata Beach is good choice with children being a bit quiter than Patong. Still Patong, Phuket Town and other sightseeing places easily accessed by Tuk Tuk, local buses or taxi. ##### Arvo ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 3 Mar 2021 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort #### Terrible stay.Dangerous water park. พื้นลื่นอันตรายในสวนน้ำและทางเดิน ลูกเราลื่นล้มแผลเหวอะเลย แถมพนักงานยังมาโทษว่าเพราะลูกวิ่ง ทั้งที่ก็ล้มกันหลายคน สไลเดอร์ก็ออกแบบมาไม่ดี มีตัวนึงเวลาลงเกิดการกระแทกแรงมากเพราะออกแบบลอยจากน้ำเยอะไปหน่อย ส่วนห้องพักกว้าง นอนสบาย แต่ฝูงมดยักษ์บุกมหาศาล คลานเละไปทั้งห้องจนต้องเรียกพนักงานมาช่วยตอนดึกเพราะนอนไม่ได้ พนักงานคิดไรไม่ออกเตรียมพ่นยาฆ่าแมลง(ในห้องนอนตอนสี่ทุ่มครึ่งเนี่ยนะ) แล้วไม่ได้เป็นห้องเดียว ห้องเพื่อนเราก็เจอเยอะมาก อาหารรสชาติแย่ ทั้งอาหารเช้าและมื้ออื่น ไม่นึกว่าที่นี่จะเป็นของเครือกะตะธานี เสียชื่อมาก ผิดหวัง The tiles in water park and corridor are slippery. My kids and I fell off and got bleed.The staff just blamed my child that she fell because she was running.I tried to tell them the floor had bad design.I also saw many people slipped.It is very dangerous when the floor got wet from rain. The slider did not well designed since there are too much gap between slider and water which make us hurt when we crash with water. A lot of big ants came out all over the room.So scary. Bad breakfast.
