No frills but satisfied given the price point. The cleanliness isn't particularly thorough, the staff doesn't seem to be particularly interested and isn't particularly friendly. Sometimes the reception isn't even staffed. The rooms look very worn. They didn’t clean our room once during our stay. Not even towels! Each day I had to ask for towels and water (coffee/tea). The pool area is in rough shape as well. Next to a nice mall with a grocery store, but much of the mall is under construction and does not open until 11 am. Room is nice and clean. Bed is quite firm so if you like a plush bed it will be uncomfortable. Shower temperature fluctuates and is not consistent and no way to adjust. Cleaning service comes very late. When we got the rooms we found blood and other stains on bed linens. Called reception but so one was there and had to go down to find him. Only one person was there to serviced the entire hotel. It took him 1 hrs to run around to find suitable linen and he didn't know how to put them on. We had to help. On top of the corridor wall were paper thin. The worker had to also deal with 2 group of guest shouting and fighting on our floor. We booked this hotel because of positive reviews., but it looks like since start of 2025. This hotel has gone downhill and undergoing major cost cutting. Definitely not 4 stars. Room condition dirty and rundown.
