The staff have almost no experience in hospitality. The rooms are barely cleaned when serviced. Things are already breaking like door locks and shower drains. That pool in the cover shot has a giant construction site looming over it and noise aside, is unusable due to the dust factor. The food out breakfast is disgusting and inedible.
