Great hotel, friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Only thing could be improved is water pressure of shower. Also would be good if rooms had smart TVs instead of just normal tv stations.

The hotel in situated in central Phuket in a residential neighborhood is clean and need taxi to take you anywhere there is a 7eleven in the corner which is very convenient also their breakfast buffet is awesome

Comfort beds, clean, staf was friendly. Don't know about the location, but with taxi and scooter was no problem with moving around. I missed bacon from breakfast. Overall i can recommend travelodge.

Hotel close to Phuket central shopping mall ,but far away from everything else . No beach around . Hotel in good condition with great staff and average breakfast. Breakfast not for European people unfortunately. Fee parking with limited spaces .

There’s not a lot near the hotel. There is a 711 across the street but the markets are close by as well as old town which is why we stayed there a night. Lovely staff , clean room, drink specials and my husband loved that the iron allowed you to put water in it for steam like back home.

Standard hotel but nice location. 7-11 on door step so that was a great help. A couple of stray dogs out at sunset opposite the 7-11and they can be annoying. Otherwise a real pleasant stay.

The hotel seems like its brand new but there are lots that needs to be changed there. The check in process was not fun at all. The staff were amazing, kind and very attentive. The area where the hotel is located wasn’t so pleasant tbh. For 3 star hotel it’s not bad.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and wouldn’t stay anywhere else! There is a massive shopping mall nearby, a 7/11 convenience store across the road and you are only 20 minutes to Patong, 20 minutes to Rawai to the south and roughly 10 minutes to Old Phuket town. Very clean rooms, everything is nearby and the beds are comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Not coming back.

I have mix feeling from this hotel, The breakfast, simple, and my option, is boring, not much to choice between The room, is all new, but bathroom is small, and when you shower, the floor get all wet, bit annoying, They give you half toilet paper, that's a joke The TV, only Thai channels, feldt weird.. When is 99% tourists? The pool.. No bar, means, you go to 7-eleven, but you're own beer Toilets at pool, no one clean I like the staff, really friendly The location is close to everything, And is alright price, The truth is, I was happy to leave the hotel

The location is very good.. walking distance to the Central Phuket Mall.. took me about 7 minutes fr. The hotel.. laundry and 7/11 are just right around the corner.. very accessible to get essential things...Our room was 602 and the only bad thing in thus room was the shower drainaged..it flooded the shower room and you have to wait to drained completely and turn the shower on again.... The next peron had to wait to take a shower because the water drainage is so slow.... I also noticed that they do 't provide toothbrush, toothpaste and room sleeper.. no wash clothe..
