Clean rooms, staff was helpful, plenty of options in Breakfast, from Thai, continental, Indian etc. hotel had 10 pools and main pool was never crowded and no shortage of sun-beds. We dined in the restaurant twice during outlet 12 days stay. Menu can do with an upgrade as it was the same as what during the day available at the pool side. Our departure from the hotel was 4:30pm, we had five rooms and requested for late check out, we were offered one room only till 1pm.

My room was clean and spacious, the hotel is welll maintained just a little tired in a few places. Overall had a really pleasant stay. Location is great for the beach and town. Only downside is the pool is very noisy with a daily DJ which made my room quite noisy as it was pool view. Opt for a Mountain View and go to the beach if you’re after a more sedate experience

We had a great 6 night stay, loved the pool and swim up bar. Happy hour 2 for 1 drinks every day from 4-6 and daily specials. Staff was amazing and they definitely went the extra mile in all aspects. Trolley to the beach and back every 30 minutes was also fabulous. This is a VERY quiet part of the island so keep that in mind, Patong beach is a little over an hour away.

We stayed there for two weeks. The hotel is great, spacious rooms, great pool area and lounge. Very clean. The location is perfect, waking distance to Nai Harn Beach, about 10 minutes. The staff is great, very welcoming, attentive and resourceful.

The stay at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket was amazing. The Nai Harn area was perfect peaceful and the hotel was an aesthetically pleasing resort to relax in.
