"This hotel is at a perfect location. Would 100% recommend. Just be ware the rooms are in the smaller side and bathrooms are a bit unorthodox. The staff was amazing and very helpful. This hotel would be a 5-star hotel if they did some minor upgrades in the rooms. But the location is what makes this a great place to stay."

"Went for quick overnight with daughter. Close to shopping. Staff was excellent. Valet parking available which was nice- pricey. Got king size bed. Room design made it seem small. Desk area split from bed by half wall. Bed right next to bathroom, with glass sliding door- not as quiet. 10th floor - but could hear street noise a lot til late at night/early am. Crowded for dropping of cars for parking. Clean room and great staff. Nice bar area. Said we could upgrade for $70. ( but didn’t ) What started out at $249, with parking and tax ended up being $398. Didn’t think it was worth it. I’ll maybe try Royal Sonesta next door in the future. "
