"Room was average clean. The door to the room had a bad regulator so the door only opened 25% of the way without serious force and even then it didnt really open but half way. This is something housekeeping should've caught and has maintenance fix before any guest stayed. I consider this a serious safety hazard especially if there was a fire! I booked this hotel so becaue it was downtown near places of interest but also it had a pool. The pool went down and was drained our second night there. Our last night there the was was so cold we couldnt swim so my daughter was in tears. "

"Not really family friendly because To many young & party people. Location is close to nightlife area, better to get something close to magnificent mile, Parking garage always full & to tight. Rooms are kind of small & feel outdated."

"I stayed in the kitchenette with convenient microwave and silverware and plates so I can have small meals with my family. The bed was very comfortable. I think the sofa bed was OK. The hotel location is very convenient. Very close to all the destinations we planned my stay included parking in a self parking building which was about seven minutes from the hotel. It was very convenient because it is in the middle of the downtown so very useful to have a parking spot. The check-in was very fast and stuff very friendly."
