"It is in an excellent location for sightseeing in Salisbury. The room was large bright and comfortable although we could have used a place to set our luggage. It is an historic building which makes it quirky and a little rambling to navigate and the lack of an elevator makes handling luggage a challenge. That staff is upbeat and very helpful. The restaurant next door is terrific."

While I was waiting, another young man came to #309 which he was assigned - and his key card worked. I went back to reception and I was reassigned to the correct room. The personnel housekeeping and reception) were very helpful and apologetic. I was grateful the error was resolved without incident. "
