Just home from a lovely stay here and was very pleased we chose it. Location is absolutely brilliant, every one of the main tourist attractions is an easy walk away, or you can get on the hop on/hop off buses that are plentiful. The hotel itself is located on a quieter side road so you don’t get a lot of the traffic noise associated with being in a big built up city. A lovely spotless place, extremely friendly staff, communication brilliant, helped organise transfer from airport and to the cruise port. Excellent location for us, near the colosseum. Definitely would stay again :)

Hotel was beautiful and all the staff amazing and friendly.. the location is perfect within walking distance of all the great sights.... breakfast was also very good and just the right set up fir the day... we would definitely return to this hotel as it helped make our holiday..

Solo traveller, I stayed in a single room, it had everything I needed fo my stay. It was cleaned everyday. Great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is pastry and bread left outside of your door in the morning . There is a fridge with yoghurt and juice and butter which is replaced everyday. It's in an ideal location for all of Rome's famous attractions and and transport links. It is typical Italian style accommodation. I had a great stay here and would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. We were welcomed so warmly, and received a complimentary room upgrade! Our room was fantastic, super comfortable and the amenities are better than some higher star hotels I’ve stayed at! The location is superb, super close to the colosseum and plenty of great restaurants. Also easy to walk to all main sights. Breakfast was great too!! Will absolutely be coming to stay again.

This place was perfect for A 3 night stay in the beautiful city of Rome Will definitely come back again. Only critique I have is that the mattress was slightly hard. Great communication and the building itself is historical and full of character with an incredible view and atmosphere.

Very friendly staff and owners, comfortable beds and pillows (memory foam oh yes!) Convenient location near transport and Colloseum. Smart but casual, contemporary design, spotless and good choice continental breakfast included up to 10 am. Most recommended. Suite was spacious, had a small safe, mini bar and hairdryer, plush towels, air con and quiet (quiet courtyard and double glazed) loved it!

From the time we arrived to the moment our final taxi arrived, the staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. One big surprise was the wonderful terrace restaurant, Masa. The lunch and evening meals were, in my opinion, Michelin star quality. The waiting staff explained the food and how is was cooked for every course.

Fantastic accommodation and brilliant location.

Excellent location. with fantastic rooms and showers.... Roberto was a star, and showed us perfectly where to go and not to go to enjoy Roma during the day and night...with his detailed map..... and his recommendation to sample the tiramisu at "pompi" near spagna was an absolute delight... will definitely stay here again
