"Property was clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Room temperature was well maintained. Many shops nearby as well as restaurants. I’m not a shopper so I can’t say much. Amenities could have been better. Towels were large and absorbent. I would have liked the shower to have grab bars. Hotel is part of an old building so take that into consideration. No breakfast included. Would like to see decaf coffee at their coffee station as well. All in all we had a positive and welcoming experience. Note that there are many steps in and around the building. Rome is not a particularly welcoming city for handicapped people. The city is old and you need to understand that their heritage is part of their architecture. Enjoy! We did"

"An out of the way gem near Roma Termini. Our third floor room looked out over a narrow alley and while on the smaller side, proved just fine to unwind after exploring. A welcome breakfast was offered on the top floor porch overlooking the neighborhood. The air conditioner got a workout on a couple of warm, late April days. Enjoyed our stay."

"Room was lovely, had all the amenities including mini fridge and coffee maker, pods, even fresh cream everyday. Front desk staff very kind. Buffet breakfast had lots of choices and in lovely setting. Only disappointment was we thought from photos that the rooftop hot tub was included, but it is an extra booking. Would recommend."

"We stayed April26-30, 2026. The room was clean, great view of Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. The room has updated decor, and spacious. Close to attractions, restaurants, taxi, train station. Amenities include robes, slippers, 1 small bottle of water, toilettries (luxury). Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Air conditioner and heater were working. Noise level was better than I expected. The only issue we had was the smell, Rome is an ancient city with ancient plumbing, the smell coming from the bathroom was not pleasant. I suggested diffuser and the staff immediately gave us some. "

"I choose this place for three reasons: 1. The location. It was a good spot to walk to a lot of attractionsvand restaurants. 2. The price. So many other hotels were outrageous in price. This one was decent, offered breakfast and had an elevator. 3. The reviews. Everyone previously raved about the room and the breakfast. In my professional opinion, this was a tourist class hotel. It had the bare essential amenities. The shower was tiny and the shower head was lose. There was no Kleenex in the room and the soap was the size of 1 euro. The room was clean, there was daily maid service despite the website saying there was not. It was facing the street and could be noisy at night. The beds were like army cots and the pillows were flat. The breakfast was also the bare minimum. No fruit other than canned peaches. There was yogurt in containers and toast or croissants. The coffee was the best part. The staff was cortial. Trying to get a taxi was a nightmare. But if you just want a clean, decent place to stay in the center of the city, it was fine."
