"Our room was at street level and as a result, quite noisy with people and traffic going by as well as workers in the alley operating loud machinery. Otherwise, the room was fine. The spa was lovely and Shoua, the massage therapist was excellent. He was very strong and did a great, deep massage."

"Perfect location if you have an early flight out of Bristol. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant left much to be desired...not great choices and food was average. The lobby and restaurant area felt institutional but the hotel had most of what you need for a short stay."

"Stayed for one night , was ideal close to shopping and bars. The hotels bed itself was ok but the pillows were paper thin and the bed was on wheels so you could feel yourself moving whilst leaning against the headboard but apart from this we had a peasant stay"
