Thanks for your great review Stephen. If you're referring to the 2 provided air coolers, they did seem to be working OK when we checked. If you add ice to them as suggested in our house manual, they're really effective.Apologies for the issue with with sink plug; I'm glad we were able to resolve this for you the morning after it was reported.

Hi, thanks for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed the property overall but sorry you didn't like the mattress - a good night's sleep is definitely top priority! Having inspected it, it doesn't seem to be damaged or worn, however we have been doing various renovations on the property recently and added this in anyway, so I can confirm there is now a nice new 1500-pocket spring hypo-allergenic mattress.

Hi Neal Thanks for your review, we're glad the apartment and facilities were to your liking. We're sorry for any issues you may have experienced outside the apartment. Upon inspection after reading your review, whatever issue there may have been appears to have been rectified and although we have no control over public areas outside the apartment, we have followed up accordingly with block management. We did try to reach you during your stay to make sure everything was to your liking and would have been happy to follow up on any issue immediately had we heard back from you at the time. As mentioned in your review and in our listing, the apartment is located in the city centre amongst numerous shops, eateries and other amenities, so there can occasionally be some noise from the square a few floors below in the evening.

Thank you for your feedback. I am aware that you found some dust at the apartment upon your arrival and I agree, we could have done better in that respect on this occasion. We've been able to improve our 72 point cleaning checklist by including a final check to remove any particles disturbed during the cleaning process, so thank you for raising this. Regarding the water pressure, I'm aware that the strength of the shower was not to your liking. As you know, the washing machine and dishwasher appeared to work fine, so it seems there is no general water pressure issue in the apartment. Sadly we cannot always guarantee that everything will be exactly to your personal taste at our apartments, but I can guarantee that we will always do everything we possibly can to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. It was the first time we had received this complaint so we didn't have a solution immediately to hand. However, as you are aware, we ordered a special ionic shower head on same-day delivery and offered to install it that day for you, so that you could complete the remaining several nights of your stay in comfort. Unfortunately, you declined to allow us to do this. Nevertheless, I thank you for reporting it. We installed the new shower head immediately after your departure and it does seem to enhance the power of the shower nicely. We have now installed the same shower head in all of our apartments. I only regret that you were unable / unwilling to experience its benefit yourself.
