"I loved the independence of the flat. The kitchen was fab but could have done with a microwave or even an oven dish. I did not like seeing all the bins at the front full to the brim. Loved the shower and the bed was okay but badly needed a bedside light. A small chest of drawers would also of been handy. I would book again. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Newport Student Village! It was only a short 10 minute walk to central Newport and if you walk 5 more minutes you will be at the bus station which will take you everywhere you need to go. The room lacked decoration but that was something I expected as the facility is used to house students. I did have a bathroom, so that was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I would 100% stay here again! "

"The apartment was easy to find using Google , fairly new and quite welcoming! Lots of useful emails from Hopewell the management company. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. "This flat had some things a business client would need in a self contained property, but the kitchen lacked some essentialslike and chopping board etc. However, post covid, i was surprised to see the unnecessary decorative items still laying about that others can touch etc. The property has some wear and tear issues that should be addressed, but nothing to stop you from staying here."
